620m2 of steel enforced solid concrete construction plus 400m2 of terraces and parking area for 8 cars.

Impressive 4,6 meter (16 feet) high electric gates and 250 meters of stonewall and barbwire is fencing this property

Private Wells with own 50.000 litre back-up tank.

Cascade and fountain with 28 meters in level differences over 5 ponds ending in a small lake.

19-meter swimming pool with 200.000 litre over-flow and 2 sun beds in Italian glass Mosaic with 24-carat gold

(There are separate pressure tanks for the garden and the main house).

Furniture/ART:

Extraordinary, collector pieces, one of a kind is the description for most of the furniture’s and art decorations used for this prestige project. ALL imported from around the world except for the 6 massive king-sized mahogany beds with Italian fabric covers together with the Over-Sized man high mosaic covered vases surrounding the terraces designed for this home.

Kitchen:

Solid wood and stone cabinets with 18m2 of Rosa Brazilian Rainforest Granite slides as counter tops and wall covers.

All Appliances incl. 3 wine fridges, cigar Humidor, ice-crème machine and much more.

Bathrooms:

Every single one is different and the round SPA bath in the master bathroom had to be produced on location by shipbuilder from the UK and weighs over 350kg, another bathroom features stone block zinc with the above showerhead mounted in the mirror. A mix of Iranian, Italian and Spanish tiles has been used together with white pearl stones even in the Maids Quarter.

Floors:

Crystallised Black Granite floors throughout - Unique and especially handmade by local factory cutting 400% over the amount of stones necessary to collect best colours after the first 700m2 floors was discharged!!

Doors/closets:

Ancient designed solid wood doors and on the closets as well which are all fitted with cedar wood.

Lights:

Special imported from USA, Airport landing lights for the Cascades and Fibre optic light for the staircase. The rest inside and around the estate are from Italy and Morocco.

Fire:

A 500 Gallon gas tank is supplying the 4 engineered tubes blowing 2 feet high flames into the air by the pool.

Power:

24H Private Electricity (Playa Dorada) with own back-up system in case of hurricane closedown.

TV/ADSL:

Satellite from Direct TV USA with 300 channels and local cable TV in the bedrooms with 85 channels from around the world, the house also has laptop w/wireless high-speed internet from Verizon and extensive CCTV cameras in/outside.
